Try to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to find the location and fill out any paperwork.

Are touch ups required?
Yes, there is an initial perfecting session that is done 6-8 weeks after your first session. Your tattoo will fade and get smaller by about 40%-50% . Most people will require this touch up. After that yearly color boosts are recommend to keep your brows fresh.

Are there any conditions that will keep me from getting permanent cosmetics?
*Acne medications such as Retin-A, Different, or Accutane
*Active herpes breakout
*Bleeding disorders, hypertension, diabetes, circulatory disorders, cancer, epilepsy, or other autoimmune disorders require a letter from your physician
*Forming keloids easy
*Pregnant or nursing
*Recent botox
*Sunburn (must be healed)
*After Waxing (3 days)
*After chemical peels (2-6 weeks)
*No alcohol within 24 hours

What is the difference microblading, nanobrows, and ombre powder brows?
Microblading uses a handheld tool to customize brows and ombre "shading" uses a small machine to give the brows a makeup look. Nano brows is similar to microblading except a machine is used to draw your hair strokes.

Is there aftercare for permanent cosmetics?
Yes, there is aftercare given out after the procedure to follow for optimal results.

Is there a cancellation policy?
A credit card is required to hold your appointment, but it is not charged unless there is a no show. In the case of a no show you will be charged 50% of the service. A 48 hour notice is required for cancellations. Permanent make up deposits can applied to a future appointment but are non-refundable.

Does permanent cosmetics fade?
Over time, your permanent makeup will fade due to many factors such as: aftercare when first done, natural skin exfoliation, sun exposure, medications, health, and the use of creams/chemicals.

Deposits?
There is a nonrefundable deposit for permanent makeup procedures. The deposit is applied towards the cost of the procedure and will hold your appointment. The deposit can be transferred to another date if needed.

There are no refunds as results vary per person. NO guarantees are made for results. Please follow after and preparation care instructions for best results.
